- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They fire you if you talk to PTs and make their appointment enjoyable. The office manager rudely grabbed an appointment card from my hand and told the PT to have a nice day and ignored his request while I was looking up his referral after he asked me to make sure it was sent. The DRS are unorganized and I had to follow up for one PTs prescription over 6x with one DR because the meds weren't correct. There was over prescribing. Staff were allowed to access medical records for themselves and give results over the phone when this isn't allowed.by Carmen WoodSeptember 03, 2017
