- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Complete joke. Opted to pay off my claims and was told by them if I did that my premiums wouldn't change and it wouldn't go on my record etc. Gave them the money to pay off my claims, which was a substantial sum, and they applied it to my insurance for the year instead of paying off my claims with it without telling me. Even though I was talking with them face to face and told them I wanted to pay off my claims. So now I'm stuck paying $10,000 ($830ish/month) a year for insurance for the next 2 years.
